Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises two large separate living areas; an open plan lounge, studio, kitchen, dining room, powder room / guest toilet, laundry and a large east facing family/tv room which adjoins the backdeck, covered outdoor bar-b-que area and landscaped garden. A great spot to enjoy listening to the waves rolling in. There is also an additional sitting area on the front verandah overlooking the native garden.

First Floor

The first floor comprises the master bedroom with queen bed and spa ensuite, and 2 additional bedrooms configured with a double bed and two singles - one king and one standard. One guest bathroom with shower and separate WC. There is an additional 3rd toilet downstairs and a double foldout sofa bed in the family room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and both living areas have reverse cycle a/c as does the master bedroom. Doonas, blankets pillows, sheets and pillowslips are provided. You will need to supply your own bath/hand/beach towels. TV, Cd, Dvd, Cable TV service, Games, books and dvds provided. Undercover parking for 3 vehicles. Telephone service for incoming calls available. Fully fenced yard.

Outside

In the front garden There are nine established “Xanthorrhoea” (grass trees) some to two metres tall. Both garden areas offer seasonal delights year round and attract abundant birdlife

The front steps and all the retaining walls in the garden are made up of silvery grey timber beams that were once the pylons that formed the structure of Cresswell Wharf, Jervis Bay giving “Xanthorrhoea”, the grass tree beach house a unique slice of history.
